Data Protection.

Reeba Beauty does not share any details with any other company. All clients details are kept on file for business use only. These details consist of either, some or all of the below;

Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, along with any medical history on consultation forms.

As these details are kept for insurance and appointment records, Reeba Beauty will be following the rules of Legitimate Interest, this is where all Clients details will be kept safe and secure, clients will not be contacted, except when an appointment is confirmed.

Any clients wishing to have their details removed from the database must contact Reeba Beauty to do so.

Cancellation and No Show Policy.

Please note that any unattended appointments, or cancellations within 48 hours of appointments will be charged at 100%.

Reeba Beauty aims to be as flexible as possible, we understand that cancellations occasionally must happen, with this in mind, we will determine on a case by case basis, dependent of exceptional circumstances (except for SPMU appointments).

Semi Permanent Make-Up Non-Refundable Booking Fee.

Reeba Beauty will be implementing a Non-Refundable Booking Fee, for all Semi Permanent Make-Up appointments. This will be 50% of the full price. This will be invoiced to clients, once this is paid the appointment will be confirmed, this will also be Non-refundable upon payment.

Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled, 48 hours prior to the appointment, will be redeemable against a future appointment. After 48 hours, this will be needed to be re-invoiced.

SPMU Top Up appointments must be within 6-8 weeks of the original appointment, once booked this cannot be rescheduled, due to diary management. Any clients that miss this appointment will not have the opportunity to reschedule, only to book a new top up, which will then be charged extra. 

Working Conditions.

Please note that children are not allowed in the cabin or in the salon room, this is due to chemicals and electronic equipment.
